Celebrating DFC’s Success at the Women in Fire Safety Awards 2025
Following our recognition as a finalist in five categories at the Women in Fire Safety Awards 2025, we are delighted to share that two members of our team have been recognised for their contributions to the profession. The event continues to highlight leadership, innovation, and inclusion across the fire safety sector.
– Adeyanju Oluwa received the Excellence Award (Engineer) for her contributions on fire engineering initiatives, demonstrating technical expertise, leadership, and a dedication to advancing best practice in the industry.
– Kirstie Davies was named Diversity Champion, in recognition of her leadership in promoting inclusion and her role in shaping a more equitable and supportive workplace culture at DFC.
These individual achievements highlight the talent within our organisation but also reinforce our commitment to creating a supportive workplace that values diversity and strives for excellence. We are proud of Adeyanju and Kirstie’s accomplishments and the example they set for others in the profession.
