Nikki joined DFC in November 2021 and has been integral to setting up and developing our people practices within the business. She combines the responsibilities of managing policies, procedures, and legal compliance alongside developing practices that promote employee wellness and experience.

CIPD qualified, Nikki has more than 20 years’ experience working in human resources and recruitment roles across various industries in both private and public sectors and brings enthusiasm and energy to her area of expertise.
