Max Cox

Graduate Engineer

Max was first introduced to DFC during a careers fair in 2023. After completing a summer placement with the company, he decided to continue working at DFC while completing his studies.

Max has recently graduated from the University of Lancashire with an Meng in Fire Engineering. For his dissertation, he focused to tunnel fires, highlighting his interest in addressing critical safety challenges within the field.

Throughout his academic and professional journey, Max has developed a strong foundation in key areas such as Fluid Dynamics, Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer and Engineering Design. This knowledge underpins his commitment to developing a comprehensive skill set and contributing to innovative fire safety solutions.
