Jonny co-founded Design Fire Consultants in 2010. He has led fire safety engineering on a wide range of projects in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, as well as Australasia, after spending time working in Auckland, New Zealand.

He has technical expertise across the discipline, and specialises in strategies for multi-purpose venues, sports stadia and public buildings. This draws on his detailed knowledge of smoke management, occupant evacuation and construction implementation.

Previous high profile developments include The O2 arena, Emirates Stadium and Ascot Racecourse Grandstand in the UK, Auckland Marine Events Centre in New Zealand and the Mall of Kuwait in the Middle East.
