Faith joined DFC as an Apprentice Fire Engineer in 2024 and is currently studying for a BEng in Fire Engineering at the University of Lancashire. Her studies in key areas such as fire dynamics and regulatory compliance complement her practical experience at DFC, where she contributes to a range of projects across different sectors.

Her work includes design development at various RIBA stages for new builds and refurbishments, PAS 9980 assessments, structural fire engineering, and site inspections. These opportunities enable Faith to apply theoretical knowledge in practice while strengthening her technical and problem-solving skills. Working closely with experienced engineers, she continues to expand her expertise and deepen her understanding of how effective fire engineering enhances the built environment.
