Project Description

Square Gardens is Europe’s largest co-living development on a vast 830,000 sq ft site in Manchester. The scheme comprises three blocks, including a 45-storey tower and a 28-storey block, which together provide a total of 2,224 new apartments to rent. The project also offers a total of 1,187 new build-to-rent (BTR) apartments across the three buildings. DFC’s in-depth knowledge of the site, gained through several years of working across various plots at First Street, ensured we could address the challenges posed by modern living expectations and the need for efficient floorplate design.
