Project Description
Corkfield Residences is a new build residential development comprising two blocks adjacent to the iconic Edgbaston Cricket Stadium in Birmingham. This project features 375 high-spec build-to-rent (BTR) apartments, a wellness studio, co-working space and approximately 20,000 sq ft of commercial space across five ground floor units. Additional amenities include a roof terrace overlooking the stadium and underground parking. The wider development also includes a new entrance plaza, ‘Edgbaston Piazza’ and 161, 500 sq ft of car parking. DFC has been involved throughout all phases, from planning to completion.
