Project Description
DFC is providing fire engineering services for 56 Marsh Wall, a landmark 46-storey co-living development in Canary Wharf and the tallest scheme of its kind in the UK to secure Gateway 2 approval. The development will deliver 833 studios alongside a range of shared amenities, including co-working spaces, a gym, cinema, sky lounges and roof terraces. DFC has supported the project from the early planning stages through to Gateway 2 approval, helping to develop a fire strategy that meets the requirements of the Building Safety Regulator and supports the delivery of this significant new addition to London’s skyline.
