Weimiao joined Design Fire Consultants after she completed her PhD at City, University of London in June 2019. Her experience lies not only in general fire safety design, but also in specialities such as structural fire engineering and computational fluid dynamics modelling. She is adept at performance-based design approach and worked on projects nationwide in various sectors including residential, industrial and mixed-use commercial.

Weimiao prides herself on her ability to effectively communicate with all key stakeholders and provide quality design to deliver what clients want. She has published a few research papers on industry leading journals. And she is committed to stay abreast of industry developments and bring the best fire engineering solutions to DFC’s projects.

Qualifications: BEng, PhD, AIFireE, MSFPE
