Project Description
Eastbrook Studios is one of London’s largest purpose-built film and television production campuses, bringing together sound stages, workshops, production support spaces and offices within a 21-acre site in Dagenham. DFC provided fire engineering services through detailed design, construction and occupation, developing a flexible fire safety strategy to support the complex operational demands of a modern studio environment. The approach was designed to accommodate multiple productions operating simultaneously, changing occupancy profiles and evolving production requirements, while maintaining robust life safety standards. DFC also remained involved through construction and into operation, supporting delivery of the design intent and the practical application of the fire strategy within a live production setting.
